    Job Overview

    Sagma Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage emails, coordinate schedules, arrange travel, and handle both professional and personal tasks as required. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and discretion in handling confidential information.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative & Executive Support:

    • Manage and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO.

    • Conduct research and prepare reports, briefs, and documents as needed.

    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, handling professional communication.

    Personal Assistance:

    • Make reservations for travel, dining, and personal engagements.

    • Handle personal errands such as shopping, courier services, and correspondence.

    • Assist with personal logistics and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

    Travel & Logistics:

    • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

    • Ensure smooth travel logistics and provide support as needed.

    • Manage expense tracking and travel reimbursements.

    General Coordination:

    • Maintain discretion in handling sensitive company and personal information.

    • Organize files, documents, and digital records for easy accessibility.

    Requirements

    Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant role.

    Role Description

    We’re hiring a Software Developer with proven experience building healthcare platforms using Bubble.io. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, own the end-to-end development process, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications with minimal supervision. You must be comfortable working in Agile sprints with clear deliverables and iteration cycles.


    What You’ll Do

    • Build and launch fully functional MVPs using Bubble.io

    • Translate wireframes and feature specs into clean, responsive, production-ready apps

    • Architect scalable databases and workflows

    • Implement secure login, user role management, and external API integrations

    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and NDPR standards for healthcare data privacy and protection

    • Participate in Agile sprint cycles with weekly goals and reviews

    • Provide regular updates, manage your own time, and maintain clear documentation


    What You Must Bring

    • Proven experience building apps on Bubble

    • At least 1–2 healthcare-related apps you’ve worked on

    • Solid understanding of HIPAA, NDPR, or similar healthcare data privacy regulations

    • Experience integrating 3rd-party tools (e.g., payments, messaging, scheduling)

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprints

    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables from Day 1


    Nice to Have

    • Familiarity with Nigerian fintech tools like Paystack or Flutterwave

    • Experience working in early-stage startups or with healthcare-focused platforms
